Enjoy a course of Miyagi's delicious cuisine
We will be offering a special limited-time lunch and dinner course using ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture.
Our lunch course includes "Seafood Stir-fry with Aromatic Herbs - Accented with Lemon and Black Pepper." This dish features sea squirts and Miyagi salmon from Miyagi Prefecture, stir-fried with aromatic vegetables such as green onions. Enjoy the subtle bitterness of the sea squirt while the aromatic vegetables and lemon provide a refreshing contrast. Our dinner course also features "Steamed Crepes with Fresh Fish from Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture," a dish of fresh fish delivered daily from the market, wrapped in a crepe made with rice flour and tapioca, and steamed to create a smooth texture and delicate flavor.
In addition, cuisine Sekine of "szechwan restaurant CHEN" will be offering a variety of menu items inspired by his visits to producers (some of the menu items use ingredients not produced in Miyagi Prefecture).
