Enjoy a course of Miyagi's delicious cuisine
We will be offering a special limited-time lunch and dinner course using ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture.
The lunch course includes "Stir-fried Date no Gin salmon from Minami Sanriku, seaweed, and shrimp" (pictured above). This dish features moderately fatty Date no Gin silver salmon stir-fried with seaweed and vegetables from Minami Sanriku, creating a mildly flavorful dish. The dinner course also includes "Simmered Kesennuma shark fin and fried gluten" (pictured below), a superb dish that allows you to enjoy the soft, creamy texture of shark fin simmered in a flavor-packed sauce, along with the juicy fried gluten that is almost like meat.
In addition, cuisine Sekine of "szechwan restaurant CHEN" will be offering a variety of menu items inspired by his visits to producers (some of the menu items use ingredients not produced in Miyagi Prefecture).
