A popular lunch buffet to be enjoyed in an open space
Café Tosca has a bright atmosphere, with light pouring in through the open-ceiling glass space.
The lunch buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including juicy roast beef cooked to perfection, fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth omelet rice, and the rich and tasty carbonara made with the ever-popular Parmigiano Reggiano! On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there is also a kids' corner with a menu for children, including hamburgers where you can make your own sandwich with your own ingredients.

The Miyagi Fair at Café Tosca, which began as an initiative to support reconstruction through food, is celebrating its 16th year. Chef Shintaro Tsuji himself has visited local producers and experienced firsthand the passion and dedication that goes into the ingredients. He will now deliver these feelings to you through cuisine.
