Enjoy a slightly luxurious lunch set in the lounge

Introducing our weekly lunch set, with a different menu every week! You can choose your favorite menu from four different options depending on your mood that day.

All menu items come with a soup, dessert, and drink! What's more, the "Half & Half Lunch" also includes a small bread from Maison Kayser, baked in the hotel's workshop.

Enjoy a slightly luxurious lunch while taking in the view of Minatomirai.

• <August 24th-31st> Roast beef with mustard sauce / White fish acqua pazza style

• <September 1st-6th> Roast beef with garlic sauce / Sautéed sea bream with tapenade sauce

• <September 7-13> Roast beef with onion sauce / Poached seafood with saffron cream sauce

• <9/14-18> Roast beef with garlic sauce / Pan-seared salmon with miso butter sauce

Half and half lunch where you can enjoy both fish and meat

(Includes Maison Kayser bread, soup, dessert and drink)

・<August 24th-31st> Chicken thigh confit with curry cream sauce / White fish acqua pazza style

• <September 1st-6th> Braised pork shoulder with prunes in red wine / Sautéed sea bream with tapenade sauce

• <September 7-13> Rosemary-scented minced pork salsiccia style / Poached seafood with saffron cream sauce

• <9/14-18> Chicken thigh stroganoff with sour cream / Pan-seared salmon with miso butter sauce

Pasta Lunch

・<8/24-31> Beef Bolognese finished with Parmigiano-Reggiano and served with pappardelle

• <9/1-6> Carbonara with guanciale and eggplant, finished with Parmigiano-Reggiano.

・<9/7～13> Shrimp and scallop peperoncino with sage accent

• <9/14-18> Creamy pumpkin and walnut pasta with blue cheese, served with prosciutto.

Maison Kayser Bread Sandwich Lunch

(Includes salad, soup, dessert and drink)

• <August 24th - 31st> Grilled swordfish and summer vegetable sandwich

• <9/1-6> Spiced Mackerel Barbecue Toast Sandwich

• <9/7-13> Smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese flavored with citrus

• <9/14-18> Hot sandwich with porchetta pork belly roasted with herbs and arugula
