A recommended kaiseki course that makes generous use of colorful seasonal ingredients.

We prepare each dish carefully, taking advantage of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Please feel free to use our restaurant for a wide range of purposes, such as entertaining important clients or for celebratory occasions. Private rooms are also available.

・Clean soup: Yoshino-uchi sea bass (landed at Kanazawa Port) and steamed yuba (bean skin) with Kaga tsurumame and kinome (green tea leaves)

・Grilled dish: Grilled grouper (landed at Kanazawa Port) with plum and shiso leaves, Zuki, Azuki shellfish simmered with ginger, Konnyaku

・Vinegared dish: Seared horse mackerel (landed at Kanazawa Port), purple eggplant stem, Kahokugata komatsuna, tomato, mustard vinegar miso

Meal: Scallop and fresh ginger rice, miso soup, pickles

・After meal: Uchiki red chestnut pumpkin shiruko, shiratama and sweet azuki beans / Kanazawa watermelon

・Clean soup: Steamed conger eel, Kaga dried peas, winter melon, and plum paste

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

・Grilled dish: Sweet tilefish (landed at Kanazawa Port) grilled on tadenoha leaves, adzuki shellfish, potatoes, Yanaka ginger, and sweet beans simmered in honey
