A recommended kaiseki course that makes generous use of colorful seasonal ingredients.

We prepare each dish carefully, taking advantage of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Please feel free to use our restaurant for a wide range of purposes, such as entertaining important clients or for celebratory occasions. Private rooms are also available.

・Clean soup: Kaga lotus root bun (conger eel, Kaga millet gluten, lily root, and shaved ice)

・Grilled Yellowtail [Landed at Kanazawa Port] Grilled with soy sauce and koji (Two pieces of grilled mochi yuba, steamed bamboo shoots, Gorojima Kintoki sweet potato)

・Vinegared dish: Bamboo snapper and Nagaimo (salmon roe, chrysanthemum flower, lotus root, Hyakumangoku shiitake mushroom)
