We prepare each dish carefully, taking advantage of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Please feel free to use our restaurant for a wide range of purposes, such as entertaining important clients or for celebratory occasions. Private rooms are also available.

・Appetizer: Asparagus tofu, scallops, and cod roe / Kaga thick cucumber and Hyakumangoku shiitake mushrooms, crab, and ginger sauce
・Clean soup: Steamed sea urchin, golden radish, watercress, yuzu
・Assorted sashimi
・ Jibuwan
・Grilled Suzuki (landed at Kanazawa Port) and eggplant with sake-kasu and shallots
・Vinegared sweetfish Nanbanzuke, Kaga lotus root, potatoes
