This Sichuan cuisine is run by owner-chef Kentaro Chen, who carries on the culinary legacy of his father, Kenichi. He blends traditional flavors with innovative ideas, cherishing seasonal ingredients and using Sichuan's rich array of seasonings to create deeply flavorful dishes.
