A one-night-only special dinner with Royal Brackla whiskey

This single malt Scotch whisky is produced at the Royal Brackley Distillery, the first distillery in history to be awarded a warrant by the British Royal Family.

We will be hosting a special one-night-only dinner event featuring Bacardi Japan Whisky Ambassador Shingo Noma.

Enjoy the marriage of the sourness, spiciness, numbness, and aroma of Sichuan cuisine and the sweetness, astringency, richness, and mellowness of whiskey, all while taking in the glittering night view of Minatomirai.

About Royal Blackla

This single malt Scotch whisky is produced at the Royal Brackla Distillery, founded in 1812 and the first distillery in history to be granted a warrant to the British Royal Family. The malt produced at the distillery, built on the grounds of Cawdor Castle, the setting for Shakespeare's four great tragedies, Macbeth, is aged in American oak barrels and then finished in sherry casks of different ages.

Profile of Mr. Shingo Noma

BACARDI JAPAN WHISKY AMBASSADOR

Born in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, he gained experience in authentic bars and hotel bars in his hometown of Hiroshima before going independent in 2013. He currently operates three bars and a tea specialty store in Hiroshima City.

He is involved in product development using local specialties and is also active as a tourism promoter. He is also an active participant in cocktail tournaments and competitions both in Japan and overseas, and has won many awards.

His bartending, which specializes in classic twists, produces well-balanced and delicate flavors that are highly praised by a wide range of people, and he has received offers to work as a guest bartender not only in Japan but also overseas.
