A special course that allows you to savor the luxurious flavors of autumn, including matsutake mushrooms and Shine Muscat grapes.

This year we will be holding our popular annual special dinner course, "Autumn Harvest Festival," again, featuring an abundance of seasonal ingredients.

The main dish, "Roasted Kuroge Wagyu Sirloin with Matsutake Mushrooms" (photo left), is a dish that allows you to enjoy the autumn flavor of matsutake mushrooms in a variety of styles. The menu includes a "tart" of sauteed matsutake and shiitake mushrooms on a crispy fried crust, bite-sized "matsutake rice," and crispy and fragrant "frites." Enjoy these dishes with the tender and elegant fat of the Kuroge Wagyu beef. For dessert, a luxurious and gorgeous parfait (photo right) is available, made with plenty of Shine Muscat grapes. Enjoy a variety of textures, including fresh Shine Muscat grapes that can be eaten with the skin, as well as jelly, mousse, sorbet, and sable.
