This popular hot appetizer menu has remained unchanged since the hotel first opened. Sautéed foie gras and daikon radish stewed in dashi stock are served with a rich sauce made from duck bouillon, butter, and black pepper. It incorporates a French yet Japanese touch, with soy sauce as a secret ingredient, making it an unforgettable dish.

Made with plenty of domestically grown red and green melons. Jelly, lemon mousse, and melon ice cream enhance the sweetness and tartness. You can also enjoy the change in texture with crispy shortbread and crumble.
