A kaiseki course where you can casually enjoy the traditional flavors of Kaga

The Kaiseki Course menu changes with the seasons. From the appetizer to the dessert, you can enjoy the delicate flavors and colorful presentation that are unique to Japanese cuisine.

・Appetizer: Marinated golden jelly (Ume shell)

・Clean soup: Kaga lotus root bun (conger eel, Kaga millet gluten, lily root)

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

・Grilled dish: Yellowtail grilled with soy sauce and koji (grilled two pieces of mochi yuba, soft-boiled sweetfish and Gensuke daikon radish, and bamboo snapper dressed with chrysanthemums)

・Meal: Salmon and mushroom rice / Miso soup / Pickles

・After-meal roasted sweet potato yokan
