The Kaiseki Course menu changes with the seasons. From the appetizer to the dessert, you can enjoy the delicate flavors and colorful presentation that are unique to Japanese cuisine.

・Appetizer: Fig and soy milk tofu (rolled shrimp, Hyakumangoku shiitake mushroom)

・Clean soup: Hagi steamed mushrooms (enoki mushroom, chrysanthemum carrot, sudachi citrus)

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

・Grilled salmon with green onion and miso (savory grilled Ono potato, persimmon and Rokujo gluten with walnuts, strawberry and Kaga thick cucumber)

・Meal: Noto beef and burdock rice / egg drop soup / pickles

・After-meal: Pears simmered in honey
