"Takasago" is a kaiseki meal prepared by the head chef using carefully selected ingredients, making the most of their natural flavors.

Rare "Noto Beef" will be served as steak. Oshima We will also prepare our signature Jibuwan.

・Appetizer Sakura tofu (clam, Horenso)

・Appetizers: Jade peas / Squid [caught at Kanazawa Port] and leeks / Dried Noto pufferfish / Tiger prawns and uruyaki with unohana dressing (Hyakumangoku shiitake mushrooms)

・Clean soup: Steamed wild red sea bream [landed at Kanazawa Port] in Domyoji style (with petal lily bulb and yuzu)

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

・Grilled dish: Dried blackthroat seaperch

・Dish: Grilled Wagyu beef (with colorful vegetables)

・Vinegared dish: Golden-eyed snapper (caught at Kanazawa Port) and bamboo shoots marinated in kelp (Gibasa (caught at Kanazawa Port), mountain angelica)

・Meal: Sushi roll / Miso soup

・After-meal Dekopon jelly (strawberry, kiwi, cherry blossom ice cream)
