"Takasago" is a kaiseki meal prepared by the head chef using carefully selected ingredients, making the most of their natural flavors.

Rare "Noto Beef" will be served as steak. Oshima We will also prepare our signature Jibuwan.

・Appetizers: Kaga turnip sushi / Noto pufferfish marinated in nanban sauce / Kanazawa parsley and scallops marinated / Noto sea cucumber

・Clean soup: Yoshino-style cod and snow crab (steamed shrimp, green bellflower)

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

・Grilled dish: Dried blackthroat seaperch

・Dish: Grilled Wagyu beef (with colorful vegetables)

・Vinegared dish: monkfish liver and mochi yuba (Kaga lotus root)

・Meal: Sushi roll / Miso soup

・After-meal Gorojima Kintoki Pudding (Strawberry, Red Melon)
