    These gluten-free, plant-based cookies are made with domestically produced rice flour and contain no wheat flour, dairy products, eggs or other animal products. The sugar used is beet sugar from Hokkaido. There are three flavors (6 pieces each): plain, chocolate, and sesame. While the flavor of the rice flour is mild, each flavor has its own distinct taste and texture.
