A food fair to support Ishikawa Prefecture is being held

Oshima, a Japanese cuisine formerly a traditional inn in Yamanaka Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture, has organized this fair in the hope of supporting producers affected by the earthquake and tsunami and other people who have helped them in various ways, and is offering seasonal menus.
Why not support the local community while enjoying dishes made with Kaga vegetables and seafood from the Sea of Japan?
