Support project using ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture

Oshima, a Japanese cuisine formerly a traditional inn in Yamanaka Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture, has organized this fair to support producers affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake and other people who have helped us in various ways. The restaurant will offer seasonal menus. Why not support the local community while enjoying dishes made with Kaga vegetables and seafood from the Sea of Japan?

Shirako tofu with appetizer (Mentaiko, Horenso)

・Appetizers: Kaga turnip sushi / Noto pufferfish marinated in nanban sauce / Kanazawa parsley and scallops marinated / Noto sea cucumber

・Clean soup: Cod [landed at Kanazawa Port] and snow crab Yoshinouchi (steamed shrimp, green bellflower)

・Assorted sashimi

・ Jibuwan

Grilled flounder [landed at Kanazawa Port] and Gensuke radish(with white plum shells [landed at Kanazawa Port], tiger prawns, bamboo shoots, and rape blossoms)

・Vinegared dish: monkfish liver and mochi yuba (Kaga lotus root)

・Meal: Steamed eel sushi / Miso soup / Pickles

・After-meal Gorojima Kintoki pudding (strawberry, red-fleshed melon)
