Support project using ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture
Oshima, a Japanese cuisine formerly a traditional inn in Yamanaka Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture, has organized this fair to support producers affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake and other people who have helped us in various ways. The restaurant will offer seasonal menus. Why not support the local community while enjoying dishes made with Kaga vegetables and seafood from the Sea of Japan?

-Appetizer: Scallops [caught at Kanazawa Port] and marinated Okinawan spinach / Gorojima sweet potato with sesame dressing (prawns, broad beans) / Sardines [caught at Kanazawa Port] and butterbur simmered in plum sauce
- Soup with Kanazawa bamboo shoot dumplings (containing golden snapper [caught at Kanazawa Port], Kaga namafu (wheat gluten), bracken, udo (Japanese spikenard), and kinome (Japanese pepper leaves))
