Introducing recommended sweets for autumn!
We've put together a list of recommended sweets that will warm your heart with the flavors of autumn. We'll introduce not only the popular dessert buffet but also afternoon tea.
Chestnut-themed sweets that will soothe your senses with their gentle sweetness
The creamy "Chestnut Panna Cotta" is made with a rum-scented jelly that pairs perfectly with chestnuts, while the rich "Marron Chocolate Terrine" is made with two types of chocolate, chestnut and milk. There's also the "Chestnut Mini Parfait," which is made by layering sweet and sour cassis cream with chestnut cream and vanilla ice cream!
/ Lounge "Somerhouse" (2nd floor)
In addition to chestnut sweets such as the popular "roll cake" made with chestnut cream wrapped in fluffy dough, "mousse" with an exquisite combination of the sweetness of chestnut and the refreshing acidity of blackcurrant, and classic "pies" and "tarts", there is also a large collection of pumpkins and sweet potatoes!
/ All-day dining "Café Tosca" (2nd floor)
This dessert plate is made by squeezing Japanese chestnut cream right in front of the customers. It includes chestnut mousse, marbled ice cream, chestnuts with their skins on, and even a Maison Kayser Danish! It's a dish where you can enjoy different flavors no matter where you start.

A whole chestnut with its skin on is wrapped in fresh cream and placed on a crispy buttery galette, topped with Japanese chestnut cream. Take-out is also available.
