"Café Tosca" Summer Festival is being held!
"Night Kitchen Stadium" is an entertainment dinner buffet that stimulates the five senses with not only taste but also aroma, sound and action. This summer, we will have a menu of delicious summer ingredients, focusing on meat cuisine.
In the "Action Corner," where the food is prepared right before your eyes, you will find the classic "Juicy Roast Beef," as well as carbonara seasoned with Parmigiano-Reggiano and "Shabu-Shabu," featuring tender pork in a refreshing style. Other dishes available include "Roast Chicken with Orange Mustard Sauce," which has a refreshing orange aroma, and "Pork Braised in Demi-Glace Sauce," as well as seafood dishes such as "Seafood Marinade" and "Sautéed Fish of the Day."
With towering, sparkling palm trees, the restaurant has an atmosphere reminiscent of a resort, and we hope you will all enjoy a lively summer time.

Violin / Keidan Nishigaki
Graduated from Toho Gakuen College of Music and its Graduate School. While a student, he served as concertmaster for the All Japan Amateur Orchestra (college student division) on its European tour. Since the month after the 2011 earthquake, he has been delivering supplies and live performances to the disaster-stricken areas. He studied under one of the three great violinists, Iwao Furusawa. He has also performed with various entertainers. He currently teaches as a gym trainer, and calls himself the "fighting violinist."
Violin & Contrabass / Yusuke Shirao
Graduated from the music department of Toho Girls' High School (coeducational), received a Toho Gakuen College Diploma, and completed the Toho Orchestra Academy. Studied violin under Motoko Sato, Takahiro Muroya, and Chiyomitsu Noguchi.
He studied double bass under Naofumi Nishida, Fumio Shirato, Reo Watanabe, Masanori Ichikawa, and Detmar Kurig. He won the special prize in the strings category at the 12th Japan Performers Competition. Heregularly holds concerts in which he switches between violin and double bass. He focuses on small-scale chamber music with the addition of double bass. He is the strings trainer for the Umegaoka Junior Orchestra.
Bossa Nova Guitarist / Jun Kimura
In 2000, he formed the acoustic bossa nova duo "SAPATOS" with Sanshiro (sax). He passed the first test of the "Heaven Artist" proposed by Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara and became a street musician certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. He also actively participates in recording pop vocalists and creating commercial songs. He has released 17 albums. He iscurrently active in a bossa nova duo with Andy Suzuki, a saxophonist living in Los Angeles who has toured with Christopher Cross, Al Jarreau, Chick Corea, and others, in addition to SAPATOS. "Shiseido Fufu Mascara Dramatical Eye," composed, arranged, and performed by Jun Kimura, and "Drying Washing Machine" and "Garbage Disposal Machine" by Matsushita Electric Industrial won the Bronze Award and the ACC Award, respectively, at the 42nd All Japan Commercial Broadcasting Association (ACC) judging committee in 2002. He has also participated in the production of many other CM songs. He is a guitarist who left hisjob as a salaryman for 24 years until 1998.
