A new sensation! Luxurious peach and matcha shaved ice

We use pure ice made from deep natural water from Iida, Shinshu, which melts softly in your mouth.

The "Peach" contains half a peach compote and smooth almond jelly, giving it a gorgeous and luxurious sweetness and aroma. The "Matcha" uses matcha from Nishio, Aichi Prefecture, and is a high-quality shaved ice that you can enjoy with Hokkaido red bean zenzai, orange jelly, and brown sugar syrup foam jelly.

Both are served with a cup of hot Somerhouse Blend tea.

"peach"

This shaved ice has a surprising texture, with fresh peach compote (half a peach) and smooth, rich almond jelly. The flavor of black tea syrup and the aroma of strawberries add a touch of class, making this a gorgeous and luxurious dessert.

"Matcha"
This drink uses matcha from Nishio, Aichi Prefecture, which has been highly praised at the National Tea Competition. The ice, which has the rich aroma and bittersweetness of matcha and the sweetness of milk syrup, is accented with zenzai made from Hokkaido red beans and refreshing orange jelly. Please also enjoy the brown sugar syrup "foam jelly".
