To commemorate the restaurant's 4th anniversary, a special limited-time lunch and dinner course will be offered using ingredients from Ibaraki Prefecture, the hometown of cuisine chef Sekine.
The lunch course includes a luxurious chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) of plump Hinuma Yamato clams with shark fin, as well as a spicy stir-fry of ostrich, with its tender, juicy meat packed with red meat flavor. The dinner course includes a steamed dish of organic vegetables from Fushichan Farm and spiny lobster, as well as a masterpiece that combines tender Japanese black beef with fragrant Kasama chestnuts. cuisine Sekine szechwan restaurant CHEN has prepared a number of dishes that make the most of the appeal of ingredients from his own hometown, Ibaraki Prefecture. (There are also menus that use ingredients from outside Ibaraki Prefecture.)
