Enjoy the rich culinary bounty of Hokkaido with our carefully crafted lunch and dinner courses.

For a limited time, we will be offering a special course themed around "Hokkaido."

The "Stir-fried Hokkaido Pork with Grain Mustard Sauce" (pictured left) on the lunch course features a sauce made with grain mustard and chili oil that enhances the sweet flavor of the pork. The "Sichuan Chili Stir-fried Lamb with Cumin" (pictured right), available on the dinner course, is a fragrant dish in which juicy and tender lamb is harmoniously blended with the refreshing spiciness of Sichuan chili peppers and cumin.
In addition to dishes featuring Hokkaido's representative ingredients such as large snow crab, scallops, and asparagus, you can fully enjoy the rich culinary bounty of Hokkaido from appetizers to desserts, including chilled potage made with snow-aged sweet potatoes, sashimi of cherry salmon (ruibe) which pays homage to Ainu food culture, and a parfait generously topped with melon.

Enjoy the stunning views of Yokohama's Minatomirai in early summer, along with a variety of dishes at szechwan restaurant CHEN brimming with both tradition and innovation. (Some menu items use ingredients other than those sourced from Hokkaido.)
