Early summer special course using ingredients from Hokkaido

We will be offering a special limited-time lunch and dinner course using ingredients from Hokkaido.

The lunch course includes "Tokachi young beef and basil stir-fried with spicy oyster sauce" (pictured above). This brand beef, known for its juicy red meat, is quickly stir-fried in a spicy sauce. Enjoy it with the refreshing aroma of basil. The dinner course also includes "Hokkaido giant snow crab and asparagus stew" (pictured below), a masterpiece that lets you fully enjoy the flavor of snow crab that spreads in your mouth. You can enjoy the texture of the asparagus and the soft, creamy filling.

In addition, cuisine Sekine of "szechwan restaurant CHEN" will be visiting producers himself and preparing a number of menus inspired by these producers. (Some menus will use ingredients from outside Hokkaido.)
