Until July 16th (Wednesday), we will be offering original cocktails made with Atsubetsu milk and haskap in conjunction with the "Hokkaido: A Journey of Specialty Foods" event being held during dinner time.

Early Summer Drops ~Atsube Style~ (Alcohol) ¥1,300

This milk cocktail combines rich and mellow Atsubetsu Milk, squeezed from cows raised in Hokkaido, with fragrant matcha liqueur and delicately flavored sake.

Haskap Parfait Soda (non-alcoholic) ¥1,300

A drink that allows you to enjoy the refreshing sourness of haskap jelly and cranberries. Lightly finished with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and topped with vanilla ice cream.

Night Kitchen Stadium ~Specialty Food Journey Hokkaido~

In addition to dishes unique to Hokkaido such as crab, Genghis Khan, and Ishikari nabe, the menu will be rich in variety, including the popular "roast beef" seasoned with Hokkaido mountain wasabi, oven-baked pizzas and hotel sweets made with ingredients from Hokkaido. In addition, a special dish (adults only, one dish per person) available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be served with a whole leg of a spiny crab! Please enjoy the juicy crab meat in luxury.

Kitchen Stadium

The menu is rich and varied, including juicy [Roast Beef] cooked to perfection, fluffy and creamy [Omurice], and rich [Carbonara] made with the ever-popular "Parmigiano Reggiano."
