Limited-time dessert: Melon Parfait
Two restaurants have created original parfaits using plenty of fresh, domestically grown melons.
Two hotel restaurants, one serving French cuisine and cuisine other Chinese, present a "Melon Parfait" featuring a gorgeous presentation and a fresh, rich flavor. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy this luxurious early summer treat in Minatomirai.
French cuisine" Queen Alice" (3rd floor)
"Parfait from Wonderland ~Melon and Veil of the Flower Garden~"
Made with an abundance of domestically grown red and green melons, this cuisine. The adorable melon-shaped sugar decoration on top is sure to make you want to take a photo.
The plates, inspired by flowers and greenery, are designed to resemble a flower garden, and will be offered as part of a collaboration menu with "Garden Necklace Yokohama" until June 14th.

Chinese cuisine" szechwan restaurant CHEN" (3rd floor)
"Melon parfait with Hokkaido-produced cheese, featuring two different flavors"
This parfait is luxuriously topped with fresh red and green melons. You can enjoy an even richer melon flavor by adding a melon puree sauce to your liking. Cassata (ice cream) made with Hokkaido cheese and nuts, and cheese crumble enhance the sweetness of the melon. In keeping with the Chinese cuisine, there is also Shaoxing wine caramel ice cream and almond tofu with a hint of melon flavor at the bottom of the glass. This original parfait is the perfect refreshing finish after enjoying Sichuan cuisine to your heart's content.
