As the heat intensifies and appetites tend to decrease, our lunch menu features two noodle cuisine that allow you to enjoy the unique "spiciness" and "numbing sensation" of Sichuan cuisine! We offer "Mala Tang," a dish skillfully seasoned with spices, and "Seafood 'Yodare Chicken' Jade Cold Noodles," a refreshing dish featuring fragrant "Yodare Chicken" with just the right amount of spiciness. As a recommended dessert, our popular "Special Mango Shaved Ice," a tropical treat with fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth milk ice topped with mango and passion fruit, will also be available as a limited-time summer menu item.

Enjoy delicious spicy dishes and refreshing desserts, perfect for the hot season, while taking in the view of Minatomirai.

A hot and spicy dish that you'll crave especially on a hot summer day.
The thick vermicelli noodles, made with smooth-textured yam, complement the flavorful soup, which is infused with the numbing sensation (ma) of Sichuan peppercorns and the spiciness (la) of chili peppers. The soup, made with soy milk, offers a harmonious balance of spiciness and creaminess.

Kou Shui Shi Jing Cold Noodles (Seafood "Drooling Chicken" Jade Cold Noodles) ¥3,000

Enjoy the traditional Sichuan cuisine, "Kou Shui Ji" (mouthwatering chicken) with its black vinegar dressing, in a refreshing cold noodle style perfect for the hot summer. The vibrant green jade noodles, made with spinach, evoke a sense of coolness. Featuring a moderate spiciness enhanced by the flavors of Sichuan peppercorns and chili oil, and topped with seafood, this dish is both satisfying and delicious.

"szechwan restaurant CHEN Special Mango Shaved Ice" ¥2,500

We shaved ice made from frozen milk and mango juice to create a light and fluffy snow ice. It's topped with sweet mango pulp and a sauce made from passion fruit and pineapple. This refreshing summer dessert is perfect to finish off your meal.
