A harmonious pairing of Chinese cuisine and carefully selected wines

A special dinner at szechwan restaurant CHEN will be paired with rare wines carefully selected by a sommelier from Domaine Chanson, a long-established maison founded in 1750. This one-night-only collaboration will feature cuisine made with seasonal ingredients, along with champagne, two white wines, and three red wines carefully selected to complement the cuisine.

Enjoy the luxurious marriage of the sour, spicy, numbing, and fragrant flavors unique to Sichuan cuisine and the rich aroma of Burgundy wine, all while taking in the glittering night view of Minatomirai.

Domaine Chanson, a long-established Beaune winery, has been producing wines since 1750, meticulously using whole-cluster fermentation to meticulously select the finest wines from the fields to the brewing process. Its wines are characterized by a rich aroma that combines complexity, balance, and elegance.
