We have prepared "cold eel" which is a little different from summer eel.
Winter eels, also known as "cold eels," are said to be richer and more delicious because they store fat and nutrients in their bodies in preparation for the cold season. We grill these nutritious cold eels until they are plump and fragrant, and serve them in an unaju (eel rice bowl) that allows you to savor the rich, fatty flavor. You can enjoy it alongside carefully selected cuisine made with Kaga vegetables and seasonal ingredients.
