Enjoy the deliciousness of winter at our dinner buffet

A dinner buffet that stimulates the five senses with not only taste but also aroma, sound and action. This winter, we will be offering a "warming" menu made with carefully selected ingredients.

The Action Corner, where freshly prepared dishes are served, will feature delicious dishes perfect for the cold season, such as a Tosca-style take on "Gyu-nabe," a Yokohama-originated dish, and "Motsu-nabe," a specialty of Hakata, Fukuoka Prefecture! In addition, you can enjoy dishes that make the most of the chef's ingredients, such as "Peperoncino," which uses "Orochi no Tsume," a chili pepper from Shimane Prefecture, which has a mild umami flavor as well as a spicy kick, and "Sweet and Sour Pork," which combines the sweetness of "Fukaura Snow Carrots" from Aomori Prefecture with the sourness of balsamic vinegar.
