Special lunch and dinner courses using the abundant ingredients of Kyushu
For a limited time, we will be offering a special Kyushu-themed course.
The lunch course's "Nagasaki Prefecture Kuroge Wagyu Beef and Burdock Stir-fried with Sweet Miso" (photo left) combines juicy melt-in-your-mouth Kuroge Wagyu beef with burdock and cucumber, allowing you to enjoy the delicious flavor and texture of the meat. The dinner course's "Fukuoka Prefecture Ouma Bamboo Shoots and Abalone Stew" (photo right) combines bamboo shoots and green peas with soft, flavorful abalone, creating a gentle flavor and a spring-like appearance.
In addition to these, cuisine Sekine has personally visited producers all over Kyushu to gain a deeper insight into ingredients such as Amakusa Sakura Sea Bream from Kumamoto Prefecture, Black Pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, Sadowara Eggplant, a traditional vegetable from Miyazaki Prefecture, and Versatile Green Onion from Fukuoka Prefecture, which will add vibrant color to your spring table.
While taking in the spring scenery of Minatomirai, enjoy the many dishes on the menu at szechwan restaurant CHEN, which are full of tradition and innovation. (Some dishes use ingredients not produced in Kyushu.)
