A spring-only course using ingredients from Fukuoka Prefecture

For a limited time, we will be offering a special Fukuoka themed course.

The lunch and dinner courses are prepared using ingredients that Chef Sekine has gained an insight into after visiting producers and using them as ingredients, such as mushrooms from Kyushu's largest mushroom production area, Kinoko no Sato, located in Oki Town, Fukuoka Prefecture; Hakata Jidori, a brand of local chicken that represents Fukuoka; mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and karashi takana (leaf mustard greens) from Yamasue, Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture; black vinegar from cuisine, a company with a 300-year history that is made using traditional methods handed down only to its successors; and Yame tea, known for its sweet, rich, and rich umami flavor.

While taking in the spring scenery of Minatomirai, enjoy a variety of menu items with unique twists that are unique to szechwan restaurant CHEN.
