A hugely popular dessert buffet featuring a taste comparison of fresh strawberries!

The popular dessert buffet "Sweet Journey" is held every Thursday night at Café Tosca. From January to April 2026, it will be called "Strawberry Journey" and will be held every year.The event will be held under the theme "Strawberry."

The secret to its popularity is the "Tasting Comparison of Fresh Strawberries"! This time, we will be offering approximately six different brand-name strawberries. In addition to the ever-popular "Shortcake," "Tart," and "Roll Cake," we also have glass desserts such as the smooth "Pudding" and the fun layered "Trifle"!
In addition, in the action corner where cakes are made right in front of you, "Mont Blanc" finished with strawberry cream will be available in January and February, and "Tiramisu" served with berry syrup will be available in March and April.

Tosca also offers a wide variety of unique dishes on the menu, including roast beef, carbonara, and wood-fired pizza. Enjoy a sophisticated dessert time while gazing at the dynamic illuminations of Minatomirai.

We will be holding a special event in collaboration with our dinner buffet "Specialty Ingredients - Winter" for one night only. You can enjoy strawberry sweets and "warm" dishes to your heart's content. There will also be a mini live performance where the gentle sound of the violin and clear vocals will transport you to a soothing space. Enjoy a special dinner time with music resonating throughout the open restaurant. Price: From 12,000 yen per adult

Performance time: 18:15-19:00 (45 minutes)

・Singer-songwriter Hirari Sato (right)

At the age of 5, she discovered "Like the Flow of a River" and became interested in music. She sang "Amazing Grace" at the 7th Gold Concert, becoming the youngest person ever to win the award. In March 2024, she will sing Amazing Grace with an orchestra at the Teatro Rossini and St. Paul's Cathedral in Italy. She aims to become a musician who will be called the Stevie Wonder of Japan. She will sing the national anthem at the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics!

Graduated from Toho Gakuen College of Music and its Graduate School. While a student, he served as concertmaster for the All Japan Amateur Orchestra (college student division) on its European tour. Since the month after the 2011 earthquake, he has been delivering supplies and live performances to the disaster-stricken areas. He studied under one of the three great violinists, Iwao Furusawa. He has also performed with various entertainers. He currently teaches as a gym trainer, and calls himself the "fighting violinist."

About reservations
Reservations for the first day of the tour can only be made by online prepayment on our official website. Reservations for the following days can also be made by phone (advance payment required after booking), but please note that the tour may already be fully booked.
When reservations begin, we temporarily increase our server capacity, but due to high access volumes, depending on your operating environment, you may experience screen freezes or connection delays before your reservation is confirmed. Please check your My Page or the reservation confirmation email to see if your reservation has been confirmed.
