The hotel has Bay Club Floor Grand Corner Suites on the 23rd and 24th floors. In the living room with a great view, you can also enjoy private meals with in-room dining (room service).
The Atlantic Suite on the 25th floor of the hotel features a bedroom (double) with a panoramic window overlooking Minatomirai and the Nippon Maru Memorial Park, and a living room with a balcony and modern furniture. Enjoy the urban oasis while taking in the views of Minatomirai from our open-air pool, which also includes a sauna and outdoor terrace. From April 2024, guests with reservations Bay Club Floor can enjoy the pool free of charge.

- In order to reduce the amount of plastic used, we have switched from providing drinking water in plastic bottles to a water server in the guest rooms. There are water servers installed in the "ice maker room" on each floor, so please bring the water carafe provided in your room and use it.
- The stated area does not include balconies and alcoves.
- The displayed price includes service charge and tax.
- If elementary school students and preschool children aged 4 or over stay in the same bed as their parents, a facility usage fee of 5,000 yen (tax and service charges included) will be charged per person per night (infants stay free).
- Guests staying at the hotel can use the parking lot for 1,600 yen per car per night (24 hours).
