[August 24, 2026] Traffic Restriction Notice

Due to the "Minatomirai Festival 2026," traffic restrictions will be in place around our hotel at the following times.

We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Date and Time: August 24, 2026 (Monday), approximately 18:00 to 22:00
Details: Sakura Street in front of the hotel will be closed to all vehicles, including bicycles, so vehicles will not be able to enter or exit the hotel grounds (this does not apply to pedestrians). Please see below for details.
※Time: This may be extended or shortened depending on the situation.
*As the event is expected to be very busy, we recommend that you arrive early and use public transportation.

[Hotel main entrance]

Vehicles are not permitted to enter or exit the hotel's main entrance (on the premises).

　
[Taxi Use]
We are unable to accommodate requests made after 5:30 PM on the day of the event. During traffic restrictions, please use the taxi stand in front of Queens Tower C on Keyaki Street. *We are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off services.

[Parking lot usage]
　 Please note that you cannot enter or exit the parking lot from the main entrance of the hotel.

・Parking: You cannot park in the hotel's private area (B3F). Please enter from the Keyaki-dori side entrance and use the "Queen's Square Yokohama" parking area (please note that it may be full).

・Exiting the parking lot: Cars parked in the hotel-only area (B3F) before the restrictions will be able to temporarily exit from the Keyaki-dori side exit. Please note that due to the structure of the parking lot, you will need to go through B4F.
