Request regarding the use of mobile batteries
Recently, there have been many reports of mobile batteries emitting smoke and catching fire both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points when using mobile batteries within our hotel.

Always keep your device within sight while charging.

Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when leaving your room or going to bed.

When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or using the power outlet in a guest room to charge a mobile battery, please refrain from using it in the following places or ways that may cause smoke, fire, or the spread of fire:

A window exposed to direct sunlight

On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or prone to generating heat, or that may cause smoke or fire.
