Since opening in 1997, our hotel has cherished an unwavering commitment to food. A gourmet feast packed with the charm of food that has been passed down for 28 years. Eight of our proud chefs will come together to present a one-night-only special course meal using the bountiful ingredients of Kanagawa.

The theme of the event is "Spring." Along with a performance by a Kanagawa taiko drumming group, the event will offer a gourmet experience featuring the flavors of spring made with local ingredients, available only at The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu.

Contents	Japanese, Western and Chinese fusion full course dinner & free flow Enjoy Japanese drum performances [Performer Profile] Jiro Maruyama (right in the photo) cuisine who plays the taiko drum, he runs the Japanese cuisine Maruyama in Yokohama's Konan Ward. He is a master of the ancient Okusa-ryu style of ceremonies. At the age of 44, he began studying under the leading expert, Shuichi Hidano. He aims to create a comfortable sound that permeates the body. Japanese drum unit "KAGE" (photo left) Formed in 2021 by members who participated in the "Zao Taiko Project," a project to promote Zao, Yamagata Prefecture. Based in Kanagawa Prefecture, the group performs across the country. Combining the performance styles of members active as soloists, the group consistently creates innovative and dynamic performances. The live shows they have held every year since 2022 have always been sold out. Members include Kato Hideaki, Ichisai, GOSSY, and Hirata Riko.
