Executive cuisine Notoya collaborates with Maison Kayser's Kimura in a dream project!
We will be hosting a one-day-only luncheon featuring Kenji Notoya, the hotel's executive cuisine, and Shuichiro Kimura, CEO of the French boulangerie "Maison Kayser."
We have prepared a special course featuring game meat from Kozagawa Town in Wakayama Prefecture, as well as a variety of rare ingredients that the two chefs actually encountered in the Nanki region!
Please enjoy the combination of cuisine that can only be tasted on this day and bread proposed by Mr. Kimura.
Reservations will be accepted from noon on August 26th (Wednesday).
