First of all, I wanted them to eat something delicious since they had come all the way there, and all of cuisine we had at the tasting session were absolutely delicious.
And since it can be difficult for female guests in particular, as they often have to wear heels, carry a change of clothes, or bring along extra luggage if they have children with them, the hotel's location directly connected to the station is an added advantage.
The deciding factor was that the person who helped me on my first visit was a really nice person, and I really wanted to ask him to do the job!

Since we were not religious, our main goal for the wedding was to "involve our guests in some way."
It's been four years since we registered our marriage, so we wanted to express our gratitude once again, and so we decided to have a public ceremony.
We received approval from the guests with applause and even asked them to be a surprise ring boy on the day.
Some of the guests were attending a public ceremony for the first time, but thanks to the MC's announcements, everything went smoothly.
There is a lot of freedom, so I had a lot of fun.

Despite their busy schedules, we wanted our guests to have a good time and we wanted the wedding ceremony and reception to be a lively and fun event held in close proximity.
In addition to the public ceremony, we prepared a wedding canvas and asked everyone to help us make it.
Guests may draw lots to decide who will escort the bride out before she changes her dress, or they may play a game to guess the color of the dress she will be changing into...
There was no entertainment, but we did set aside time for conversation and photography, but we were careful to keep it in a way that would keep people from getting bored and the guests from becoming too busy.
The Takasago sofa was also very popular. Guests could sit next to each other, talk, take photos, and feel closer to each other.
The theme is "Taisho Romantic, Japanese-Western Eclectic" when wearing Japanese clothing, and "Disco, Classical" when wearing Western clothing.
Using my favorite atmosphere as a keyword, I decided on the floral arrangements, theme color, decorative plates, menu, background music, etc. for banquet room.
I made some materials to show my image and brought them with me (laughs).
When wearing traditional Japanese clothing, we not only coordinated with pure white wedding kimonos, but also island style old jazz music from the time the doors opened to create the right atmosphere.
We selected songs that would create a unified atmosphere from the entrance to the conversation.
In stark contrast to when I wore Western clothing, I chose a black outfit that was new yet had a classical feel to it.
She also changed the music completely, choosing disco and funk, her favorite songs influenced by her mother.
However, since there were many guests I didn't know, I chose songs based on the feeling that I might have heard them before.
The way the MC got the crowd excited was amazing, and it felt like we were at a live concert when we entered (lol).

After I changed my clothes, my husband surprised me with a dozen rose ceremony.
I was really surprised because I had never had a surprise like that before. I was very happy to be proposed to again. All the guests said they were very excited. The roses we received from the 12 guests are displayed as an after bouquet.

Everyone I asked said it was very delicious. And it seemed like they also liked the fact that you could eat it with chopsticks. I had a hard time deciding which course to order because I had a lot of different dishes to try at the tasting event and they were all delicious.

I had a lot of preferences, and they looked at the documents I brought with me and thought carefully about how they could make my wishes come true. I'm grateful to the planner and all the staff. Thanks to them, we were able to have a wedding that was very much like us. I'm glad we asked The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu to help us.

A wedding is a big event in your life. Just tell your planner what you want to do and what you think might happen. They will think about it together with you. The preparation time is fun, but the real thing is over in an instant. I hope you have a wonderful wedding that you will have no regrets about.
