You may use the hotel's restaurants and lounges (fees apply). You may also use the foyers on the first and second basement floors. Waiting rooms for relatives and guests are also available.

Changing Room
There are men's and women's changing rooms available on the basement floor (no reservation required / free of charge), and a cloakroom is also available for use.

Wheelchair rental
We offer free wheelchair rentals for use within the hotel (the hotel is barrier-free with some exceptions). Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available on the 1st floor and basement levels 1 and 2.

- Costume, hair & makeup, and dressing instructions
- Rental costumes are available at the hotel's costume room "ma chérie" or at our affiliated store "TAKAMI BRIDAL."
Hair and makeup services as well as kimono dressing will be provided by the hotel's hair and makeup salon, TONY TANAKA BEAUTY MAISON Yokohama.
All of these require reservations, so please make your reservation approximately one month before your wedding.
- Luggage delivery information
- We can deliver your luggage via courier (fees apply). Please inquire at the Bell Desk on the 1st floor.
- Information for those traveling with children
- A nursing room and baby beds are available in the women's changing room (basement 1st floor). In addition, the women's restrooms (basement 1st and 2nd floors),
Baby beds are available in the men's restroom (2nd basement floor) for changing diapers.
We also have meal menus and high chairs for small children, so please feel free to contact us.
- Parking Information
- Guests can use the underground car park "Queen's Parking." All attendees will receive a three-hour free parking voucher.
Please note that alcohol will be served at the banquet on the day, so we recommend that you use public transportation.
- Guidance for family meals and after-parties after the wedding reception
- Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, lounge and bar, as well as karaoke in the banquet room.
- Smoking area information
- Smoking areas are provided in the 2nd floor lobby and on the 2nd basement floor.
