Questions about the Bridal Fair

Q Do I need to make a reservation in advance?: A

Advance reservations are recommended (we will inform you of the venue and time slots available for viewing depending on the number of people expected at the reception). Q When will it be held?: A

We hold events every day (except for the New Year holidays). The content varies depending on the date, so please feel free to contact us.

Q What is the schedule for the day and how long will it take?: A

The tour will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including the tasting session.

This is a sample schedule for a bridal fair with tasting session.
① After your visit and filling out the questionnaire, you will be interviewed by a staff member (15 minutes)
②Guidance on wedding venues and banquet room (45 minutes)
③Tasting session (30 minutes)
④ Consultation on estimate and schedule (30 minutes to 1 hour)

Q Is there a cost to participate?: A

Q Can I participate alone?: A

You can participate. Some people even bring their parents along.

Q I would like to visit by car. Is there a parking lot?: A

You can use the underground parking lot "Queen's Parking" (shared with "Queen's Square Yokohama"). We will give you a free service voucher for the time you visit. See access

Q Please tell me the schedule leading up to the wedding day.: A

When you apply, we will suggest a schedule that suits you. From the time of contract to the day of the wedding, the wedding concierge and all hotel staff will support you with your wedding. View Wedding Report

Q Because I live far away, I can't attend meetings often.: A

We will arrange a meeting according to your schedule. We also accept online meetings, so please rest assured. View Plan

Q Can I just have the ceremony held?: A

Q Can I bring in costumes and gifts?: A

Yes, it is possible, but if you bring in attire and gifts for the bride and groom from a store other than one of the hotel's affiliated stores, a set handling fee will be charged.

Q How will I be paid?: A

When you apply, we will ask you to deposit 200,000 yen. We will prepare a quote after discussing the details, so please pay the remaining balance by 7 days before the wedding day. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Q I'd like to have a bridal treatment...: A

This service is available at the Beauty Avenue Socie, Esthetics & Spa, located on the 4th floor of the hotel. We offer special rates for those who hold their wedding ceremony and reception at the hotel. Q Some of the guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them?: A

Q Can you accommodate attendees with children?: A

Children's chairs and baby cribs are available in banquet room. cuisine are prepared according to age, such as one-plate meals and half-course meals.

Q Are there any accommodation benefits available for attendees?: A

We offer special rates. Prices vary depending on the date of your stay, so please inquire with our wedding concierge.

Q Can attendees rent costumes and have their hair and makeup done?: A

Rental costumes are available at our partner store, and hair and makeup services are available at the hotel hair and makeup salon. Both services require reservations, so please make your reservation at least one month before the wedding day.
