Café Tosca x High School Student Collaboration Menu Available at Dinner Buffet!
For a limited time only, the all-day dining Café Tosca will be serving a menu designed by students from Kanagawa Prefectural Commercial and Industrial High School (Hodogaya Ward, Yokohama) at its dinner buffet, Night Kitchen Stadium - Christmas Buffet.
Over several sessions this year, Café Tosca chef Shintaro Tsuji and pastry chef Reijin Tanaka have been giving classes to high school students. They have imparted knowledge about ingredients, product lineups, and how to create menus. As a culmination of their work, they have worked together to create a menu to be served at a Christmas-themed lunch and dinner buffet. Six dishes have been selected for the menu.
All of the menu items are made with the students' passion, so please give them a try.

During the visiting class, the chef spoke about his "way of thinking about cuisine" and "Kanagawa ingredients and history," and the students also gave menu presentations. They explained the history of each menu item, the reasons for their selection, the ingredients used, and how they would like customers to enjoy them.
We will be holding a Christmas event exclusively during dinner time on December 20th. Enjoy a wonderful dinner time accompanied by heartwarming music performed by singer-songwriter Hirari Sato and the challenging violinist Keidan Nishigaki (guest guest).
